Pacifica Cohousing Site Plans
The plans for Pacifica's neighborhood were developed through an iterative process between the community members and our developer. The arrangement of houses, walkways, parking and open space is the result of much discussion and negotiation, including the cohousing group, the Town of Carrboro and the surrounding neighbors.

Note that buildings noted as 1A, 1B, and 1C are designated as a condominimum association. Also, the 'bubbles' filled with plantings around the site are rain gardens, which are part of our innovative stormwater management system.
