Pacifica is located in Carrboro, NC. Completed, it consists of 46 homes, varying in kind from townhouses, to stacked condominiums, to a few detached houses. The townhouse and condo floor plans range from 600sf to 1460sf and have from 1 to 3 bedrooms.
Please explore this website to review site plans, floor plans, community values, etc. We currently have our meetings on the first Sunday of the month from 3pm to 5pm at the common house (email us if you need directions). You are welcome to drop in and meet the group to see how we interact and make decisions using the consensus process.
